How do I place my order?

Step 1: Pick the product range of your choice.
Step 2: Click on ADD TO CART.
Step 3: Click on CHECKOUT on the products you wish to purchase.
Step 4: Fill out your personal details required for the delivery of your order.
Step 5: Click on Continue to Shipping
Step 6: Recheck your order and delivery address and continue to pay.
Step 7: Choose a payment option most convenient to you.
Step 8: Make payment and your order will be placed.

What is cash on Delivery/ COD?

If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep.

You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cheques or demand drafts. Due to the limitations of the logistics service providers, COD may not be available for all pin codes.

The maximum order value limit for placing a COD order is INR15,000/-. There's no specific charge to avail COD on any order.

How does the delivery process work?

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and notification with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order.

You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

How can I track my order?

We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances)

You can get your order status from the My Account section, which is at the top right corner on the website. Here you will get info on your order status.

You can track your order with the assigned tracking number at the courier partner website.

What is your online return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product ordered, or are disappointed with the product or service, we would like to know your feedback in order to be able to serve you better.
We strongly believe in the quality of our products and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare occasion where you may be unsatisfied with a purchase, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information on online returns.

How do I cancel my order?

It would be really disheartening for us to know that you want to cancel your order, we would love to get your valuable feedback to improve our services.However If you really wish to cancel your order, you can do so by login into My accounts section and click cancel order.

How will I get a refund for my cancellation orders and how long will the process take?

Once you cancel your order, the refund for the ordered amount shall be processed immediately, which shall be credited to your source payment method. The time taken for credit depends on the Bank's servers, ranging from Immediate credit to 2-3 days. Rest assured your payment is safe. Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item.

Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received.

This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

How safe is it to use my debit credit card or make an online payment on Aevya?

All transactions at Aevya Online are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption process.

Any information you enter when transacting with Aevya Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.

This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendors, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.
You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout”, by looking for the padlock icon in the address bar of your browser window.

What payment types do you offer?

You can pay for purchases using Cash on Delivery, Debit, Credit card, Net banking methods, UPI etc.

Are your products available in any offline store?

NO, we don’t have any offline stores yet. In the future we will plan to open a physical store in your nearby city.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says 'Notify Me' and enter your registered email address.
We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 2-3 business days.

We strive to deliver the orders within 2-3 days however for locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 5-7 working days.

How are the items packaged at Aevya?

Each of our products are first wrapped in a soft cardboard sheet and then placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. All our packaging is plastic free so you do not add to the plastic pollution.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?

Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for immediate sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock.

Simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says 'Notify Me when available' and enter your registered email address. You can choose to receive an email notification or a Push notification. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock.
